ResCom® Cellulous Magnesia Cement (CMC) Building Products have been used in New Zealand, American, Australian, UAE and European homes and projects since 2010 and withstood over this period some of the worst extreme weather events in our recorded history. ResCom BP’s non-combustible, impact resistant and nontoxic products have been engineered and evolved to deliver to our communities healthier, safer and stronger buildings that can withstand the increasing threats of extreme weather events such as hurricanes, tornados, wildfires and floods, where traditional products such as OSB, Drywall and Common Cellulous Fiber Cement continue to fail to deliver the protection needed.

To assure the highest level of quality and standards are adhered to at all times ResCom® BP are independent assessed by professional engineering firms that carry out regularly full audit and evaluation of ResCom® Cellulous Magnesia Cement Boards manufacturing facilities, review of all test reports and installation documentation to ensure conformance with the performance requirements of the National Construction Code 2019. 3rd Party Certification, QA and Manufacturing Audits are carried out by INTERTEK Laboratories.
